Update...

I haven't gotten any new responses from the government officials I sent my letters to. I did send a new letter to Congressman Simmons. I also sent a note to the folks at layoffwatch.com (http://community.democrats.com/members/mkpshay/). I was hoping maybe they could get their folks to send some emails.

I think my next step is to ship my letter off to a few editors of newspapers.
